By submitting your story, photos, videos, or other content (“Submission”) to Same Love – Los Angeles, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Consent to Use:

You grant Valle Verde Media and its affiliates the right to use, publish, reproduce, edit, display, distribute, and share your Submission in connection with the Same Love – Los Angeles project, including but not limited to web content, social media, video productions, and promotional materials.

2. Ownership and Rights:

You affirm that you are the original creator of the content you are submitting or have full rights and permissions to share it. You agree that your Submission does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity.

3. No Compensation:

You understand that your Submission is voluntary and that you will not receive any financial compensation for its use. However, your contribution may be credited at Valle Verde Media’s discretion.

4. Personal Information:

You consent to the collection and use of your name, likeness, voice, and any personal details you include in your Submission. This may be used publicly in connection with the Same Love – Los Angeles project.

5. Right to Decline or Remove:

Valle Verde Media reserves the right to decline or remove any submission for any reason, including content that does not align with the mission of Same Love – Los Angeles.

6. Withdrawal of Consent:

You may request to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at samelovetv@gmail.com. Upon receiving your request, we will make reasonable efforts to cease further use of your Submission going forward.
